Work was completed to a good standard eventually, workers who turned up were friendly enough however, on the second day the man who turned up had brought the wrong part for my boiler and as he had already taken the boiler apart before realising decided it was ok to leave us without heating and hot water overnight so that when he came back the next day he wouldn't have to do as much work. There were mitigating circumstances in that the man who did this had not been the one to start the job, he had called in sick. With that being said I would use James Foy again although I wouldn't allow them to leave my boiler in the state it was left in overnight.
