Very professional staff on the phone whilst arranging a plumber and in other interactions. Called when plumber was delayed due to another job bigger than expected and kept me updated.
My Mum waited in. Said the man was very nice and professional. He did a great job and cleaned up the yard which had overflown from a blocked pipe. Certainly not a job I could do. He went over the hour a little but I was not charged for this.
I will certainly recommend them to friends and family if they ever have plumbing needs.
