I would strongly recommend using a competitor. We were essentially blackmailed by JCS Livestock 20 min before our flight. The ultimatum was, 'pay an additional £540 pounds otherwise the dog doesn't travel'. With thousands of pounds and months of planning, I had no choice but to accept.
When I disputed this with management I was told directors would be informed and get back to me. Four months later, I feel no one is going to get back to me.
I reported the company to Trading Standards.
