Cancelled our Florida villa booking 36 days before we were due to go because they found they had never actually fully booked it in the first instance 10 months ago. No alternative villa could be found and a measly amount of compensation offered. Despite the company promoting stress free booking and carefree holidays this is not the case. Do not trust that your villa has been booked. It’s very lucky they found this error prior to arrival. Extremely dissatisfied.
