I will do my review in TWO blocks - the first, a QUICK review of this company's service which I believe the majority of readers/buyers will be interested in, and the second, an IN-DEPTH review of the PERSON behind JT Wholesaler. Feel free to read any one or both. 1) QUICK review - If you are looking for THE premier and trusted eBay supplier of first-class, GENUINE Hikvision CCTV products then this is THE company you need. JT Wholesaler is exceptional from start to finish. From pre-sales guidance to best pricing to rapid delivery to post-sales support - JT Wholesaler is the one stop shop. I appreciate this review may read like some advert but I assure readers that my personal experience with this company is long-standing, well-tested and very in-depth. JT Wholesaler just don't fail anywhere!! No grey imports, all stock brand-new, flawless packaging, and everything works first time with no issues. Highly recommended, don't bother elsewhere and buy with total confidence from JT Wholesaler. 2) IN-DEPTH review - As if the above wasn't a strong enough endorsement - I wanted to move away from the company and focus on the chap behind this company itself. Jamil (or Jammers as I like to call him) is a golden find. He is that rare seller that runs his business with his heart, not his head. He is blessed with high Emotional Intelligence. Now before readers jump to conclusions - I don't imply that he has no business acumen - he does but it's just not at the top of his priorities. I am a business person myself and 99% of the time decisions are made based on profit margins and go-to-market strategies. These are sensible approaches for any business but they fluctuate with market conditions and customer service levels. Jamil on the other hand focuses massively on customer satisfaction. It means everything to him. So how does that stack up as a sustainable business model. Very well. Jamil is the kind of person you can WhatsApp and he will get back to you instantly unless he's in his Uni lectures (yes, he is a student!!). Example, I messaged Jamil with a Hikvision part number 11pm one night. He replied and we agreed a price. He invoiced me in minutes. I paid and he gave me an ETA. The next day a DPD tracking number was messaged back. I checked it and a time window was listed for the following day. Bang on time the delivery turns up. All done through instant messaging - making it all very easy and quick. Furthermore, Jamil sees that the delivery has arrived, and LITERALLY 30 seconds after the DPD guy leaves - he calls me on my mobile to check all is well. NOW, two things: 1) I am NOT a large buyer of JT Wholesaler - I have only every bought one NVR and a few PoE camera, and 2) I realise my example sounds too good to be true and in all fairness, perhaps some of it was sheer fluke timing, BUT there is NOTHING I can be critical of Jamil on. He just works hards - IMPOSSIBLY hard sometimes - and you do wonder how he juggles it all with Uni, personal life and this business. The point is not that Jamil's business is just recommended because he works very hard. No. It is because Jamil is that rare business person who is just a thoroughly nice, trustworthy and warm human, who I am sure will do VERY well in life if he sticks to his unique approach. I would like to say I would like to hire him if I could, but the truth is that by the time this guy has realised his full potential, he will simply be unaffordable to most. THAT is the sincere standard and quality of customer care this guy brings to anyone he deals with. Just read these reviews!! Now go easy on him as this review sets the bar very high.
