Ordered 3 Roman blinds and a pair of curtains for a large Victorian bay window. Ordered via email / phone as sizes exceeded what could be ordered online. Alison Hill was really helpful and pre-empted most of what I needed. Ordering was completely painless, I was told it would be completed in 3-4 weeks and all arrived via courier at end of week 4. Fitting instructions were clear and all went up easily. They look beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased. Excellent value for money too.
