This firm is utterly appalling, avoid them like the plague! I rented my property through them, and opted for the fully let and managed service. They failed to follow the contractual agreement which they designed, mismanaged the property, making numerous errors that a child would make, they didn’t carrying out a lot of tasks which they were legally bound to do, which left me at a huge financial loss. There is a real lack of care and attention to detail, which means they act unlawfully, unprofessional and with such incompetence. There are dishonest, you cannot trust them to manage your affairs. I had to complain to the Ombudsman about them. I would rather give them 0/5 if that was an option on here. Please protect yourself but using another firm. It will save you a lot of time, effort and distress.
