Excellent communication right from the very first call. The staff I spoke to were all very polite, knowledgeable and easy to speak to about the concerns/queries I had. They explained the procedure every step of the way, called when they said they would and always introduced themselves and the procedures/next step of the process. The staff put my mind at ease and were a pleasure to deal with. I will actually sleep soundly for the first time in months, thank you.
