I love Jatie Vlogs and the product is great quality, so overall, I am happy. However, you guys sent the jug I ordered in the wrong color. I ordered it in creamsicle and I was sent a white one. To this point, I had no idea how to address this, so maybe make your correction process easier for customers? It’s certainly not my fault that I was sent the wrong one, and the labeled sticker receipt that came in the bag even said “creamsicle” but it was the white one. I would really love to have the opportunity to receive the color I ordered.
