I am a first time customer and I placed an order on Dec 7th. It said I had two day shipping but I haven’t received my package. The tracking information shows it sitting in preshipment since Dec 9th. I have submitted a customer service inquiry several days ago with no response. I have researched but cannot find a phone number for your company. Unacceptable since you don’t respond to emails. First impression is not going well. When will I receive my items?
