Have yet to receive the products I ordered for a Christmas gift. Shipping says that USPS is still awaiting the package I paid 2 day shipping for. I was told by your customer service department to simply be patient. I understand it is Christmas time and shipping is crazy but it should have been more apparent on your site that even 2 day shipping may not make it by Christmas instead of hoping the customer sees it on the rolling board on top of the screen. If it told me that while I was choosing shipping at check out I would have chose the fedex option. Instead my daughter will be disappointed Christmas morning as this was her most wanted gift.
