I was contacted by your customer service rep saying two J80 bottles couldn’t be sent in the same fedex package. I specifically said send the pink one first as it is a Christmas gift and needs to be here. After several non sensible emails, the service person canceled my whole ordered and I only ended up receiving one bottle which was the purple one, which again was not the one I needed for Christmas morning. My daughter was very disappointed and if I didn’t have to reorder the correct bottle, I would never order anything from you again!
