I ordered leggings for my niece before xmas along with some other items. The leggings were not in the package delivered and when we checked the status of the order, it said it was pending. After a month of not receiving the leggings, I contacted Jatie and asked for them to either send the leggings or refund me. They refused to do both. I emailed back and forth with them and they told me I waited too long to tell them so they would not send the leggings or refund me. So, literally, they stole $55.80 from me. I had to contest the charge with the credit card company, and then they tried to tell the card company they sent the leggings, causing the card company to decline my challenge to the charge. I had to appeal the card company's decision by showing them emails from Jatie admitting to have never sent the leggings. Ultimately I was able to reverse the charge, no thanks to Jatie. Terrible customer service.
