Hi! I was so excited to receive my eyeshadow palette and babe lipstick. Unfortunately, I think the heat during travel may have ruined the eyeshadow. It seems okay on top, but as I’ve tried to use it, beneath the surface layer the eyeshadow is pliable like it has melted. I would love another, but I don’t want it to happen again and waste another palette of yours! (I live in California, so it had a ways to travel). Thank you for taking the time to read this.
