I ordered an item within minutes of it dropping on Septmber 10th because I knew it would sell out quickly. This was a gift and the recipient had tried numerous times to no avail. I was super excited that I secured one. A shipping label was created on the 11th. I waited until the 21st to reach out because the item still had not been scanned at the post office and I was running out of time to receive it. The response to my inquiry was proceeded timely. The only reason I'm giving a 2. The item shipped the 25th and I received it the 28th. It's the wrong color. After my experience I'm afraid to request a refund and the item is no longer available in any color. Now I need to go buy a new gift. First and last purchase.
