Customer service EXCELLENT. We have always used JB Garage Doors over the years in business and in a private capacity. Now retired, we have continued to use this company for our personal use, and have not been disappointed. Recently we had to have a section of our up and over door replaced (someone had accidently reversed into it!) The surveyor came within a few days, the office gave a detailed written quotation promptly. Once the new section of door was in stock, an appointment was made and yesterday two very nice fitters came to fit. Excellent. I have never had cause to ask for a refund, as everything has been excellent.
