VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and misleading website I ordered after 3pm and it said 2 to 5 day so I thought I would pay the extra £5.99 for next delivery ...this is NOT the case after speaking with customer services I asked for a refund of delivery charge ...not available unless I could contact by 2.55pm when your at work it is not always to reply on a short time scale..for the sake of a 5.99 and upholding their supposedly good service they have let themselves down ..I will go back to The WATCH CABIN
