Can Not Believe item was even sent to dispatch, Very Poor ,
is a very mild description of your company.
After purchase 2 weeks ago I received an automated email claiming item had been sent to dispatch for delivery. If it had it should of arrived around the 17th
7 days later still no delivery, if you don't have the item you should refund the money
or at least say so
