I think that when different width are available in certain models (typically in all Birkenstocks) the width option should be in a drop-down menu. Saying so, after receiving a width that did not fit me, Jellyeggs customer service was so good that I can't praise them enough for their kindness. The shoes were really good: what a shame that I had to return them...
