Extremely helpful in both Narberth shops, friendly, practical, didn't try to oversell....and consequently we bought more! Got home and my mother-in-law liked what I had bought so much she wanted two items. I emailed the shop out of hours, was asked to phone back on Monday and the order was sorted out promptly over the phone whilst I was waiting for an aeroplane! Items delivered in the timescale they said they would be. Perfect!
