I ordered a pair of crocs from the Jelly Egg sale for my son. The Crocs arrived very quickly but they were too small. I returned them for an exchange asking for the next size up. I received a very prompt email advising me that there was no stock left in that size. I looked on the website for another pair and asked for a price match. This was provided with no quibble. I trust Jelly Egg's customer service team completely.
