Recently ordered some new shoes & flip flops. I had a phone call to say the flip flops I'd ordered were out of stock & would I like to choose a different colour. Nice, friendly lady on the other end of the phone. Both arrived within 2 days of me ordering. Unfortunately the shoes were a little tight so sent them back with no problems. I was promptly refunded. Really pleased with my flip flops, shame its rained ever since. Great service all round.
