I enquired about a Merino Wool Thermal Hat Slouchy Buff, but also wanted the matching Neckwarmer which they did not stock. However they offered to order it for me and within 3 days I had received both items - fantastic customer service & Sarah who deals with customer enquiries is extremely helpful and efficient.
