I ordered a pair of crocs which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately they were too small, so I immediately ordered and paid for a larger size and returned the first pair. In two days I received a refund for the first pair which I had returned and the next day the larger pair I had ordered arrived. In my opinion I couldn't have received better service. The larger pair are fine and if I require any more Crocs I will definitely buy with confidence from Jelly Egg. ( I found Jelly Egg when searching for Crocs, because Crocs UK wouldn't supply the Channel Islands)
