I sent a cancellation form soon after placing the order as I changed my mind on the style of boots. However it was missed and I received the delivery a couple of days later. I sent an email to explain the situation and I received a quick reply, letting me know that I would be sent a free posting bag to return the boots. I did receive the bag a day later and I have return the box. Awaiting now for the refund. So very pleased with the service. Will use Jelly Egg again to order a different type of muck boots.
