I ordered a pair of slipper crocs, then had an e mail apologising for a mistake, saying they were no longer available, and to choose a different pair. I went on line to Jelly Egg, got a phone number and spoke to a very helpful person. This person sorted out the problem, and my crocs must have been sent by return of post, because they were delivered so quickly. I love my crocs, so thanks Jelly Egg, and thanks to the phone operative, who's name unfortunately I forgot to make a note of. Ann Hobden
