i ordered a size 2 and received a size 33, which was to small
I then ordered a size 3 and received a size 36 which is far to large.
I then investigated sizes and realized your company was at fault. I called but the person i spoke with tried to fob me off.
The mistake is clearly yours. The size chart is very clear as below
Size 1 33
Size 2 34
Size 3 35.5
Size 3.5 36
As a result of your error i paid extra postage and ended up with shoes that didnt fit
