Strongly recommend not to use this company, very poor service. I ordered my goods and took them up on their free "cheaper" delivery option 3-10 days. I am still waiting for goods to arrive. Very miss leading as JellyEgg refer to working days so in reality the lead time is 3-15 days. Staff not helpful at all, they were unable to track my parcel to offer any assistant, they preferred to offer me a complete refund as a solution, obviously have a flourishing business and do not require new customers. Very frustrating as I am in need of the goods so refund doesn't really help.
