My shoes arrived on time in perfect condition. The only disappointing thing was that had I wanted to return them, I would have had to pay the postage. Most other companies I order from do Collect+ which is brilliant. It would put me off ordering from you again as buying on the Internet is a bit if a gamble, especially shoes.
