It was so nice to be able to phone and place my order. The phone was answered promptly by a friendly person. i was assured the parcel would be sent by Royal Mail rather than one of the other delivery companies. The parcel arrived quickly with only a small amount extra to pay for speedy delivery. All round excellent.
