I ordered some sandals and emailed customer service to check when they would be arriving. The rep, Helen, wrote a detailed and personalized note back explaining when I should expect them and it clearly wasn't just a form letter. The sandals arrived very quickly after I had ordered them- I am very pleased with the customer service.
