Had to phone to change the crocs for a larger size - fantastic response ie received the replacement pair within four days and this was over the Xmas period.
The person dealing with my t/c was very friendly and helpful and left me with the impression that nothing would be too much of a problem.
Overall great service and will have no hesitation on using use Jellyegg again.
