Jelly Egg service was very good as I have experienced in previous purchases. You get a good online service, but backed up by real human being if something goes wrong. My Son changed his mind about the colour after I had placed the order. One quick phone call to Jelly Egg and the colour was changed before the order was shipped and I still received the Crocs on time.
