I ordered some shoes for delivery at an alternative address as I work full time. I had to chase my order as I had dispatch info but no delivery after almost a week to be informed it is 2nd class delivery and in transit. Four days later I received an e-mail issuing a refund????? After further contact I was told that Royal Mail had sent my order back and "Jelly Egg" thought it was a return. I have always filled in a returns form when purchasing online plus the parcel must have been in the condition it was sent out so what was the problem? I will now buy these shoes from another retailer
