The quality of the goods supplied by Jennis & Warmann is very good, but their attitude to customer relations is hopeless. The only acknowledgement of your order will come from the firm handling the online transaction; emails to J&W will go unanswered; you will have no idea whether or not your order has gone through or been accepted until a message from DHL arrives (after 30-35 working days) telling you that it is on its way from Heathrow.
Of course, you might try phoning J & W, but for most of the period I was awaiting my order, their phones were being 'upgraded' and therefore not working.
