Since I am a costumer from continental Europe where tweed suits are not so common, I was in need of advice and I was very happy to find that the staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful in choosing the right materials. I had a chance to try on a few suits and ordered from the shop. Even though the suits I ordered were not in stock and had to be made first, I received them within 2-3 weeks which is very reasonable. Unfortunatly, the trousers felt considerably thighter than the ones I tried in the shop, so I contacted the staff over a possible exchange and they offering to send me a larger size. However, since the postal fees from my country to London are very high, I followed the staffs alternative advice and went to a local tailor who was able to help me for a reasonable fee. Now, the trousers fit a lot better. Overall, I have to say that I am very happy with the quality of suits and the service provided. The fact that there was an issue with the size of the suits delivered, was really not a big problem, given that the suits a very nice and of good quality. A comparable suit in my country would cost a lot more. I will definitely order more suits from Jennis & Warmann in the future.
