"The suit was very good value for money. However, I needed an alteration from the standard jacket, which was not satifactory. I was told that I was free to make my own arrangements for correcting it. Two days later they realised I was refering to an alteration that I had been charged for. They couldn't have been more apologetic. As I had already taken the jacket to a local tailor, they immediately refunded the cost of the correction (the local tailor was impressed by the quality of the suit)
