I ordered the Black Mamba Memorial Jersey for my son on February 1. But my son changed his mind so I cancelled the order on February 7. Vanessa Reilly from support emailed me that they couldn’t find my order, yada yada, and after several back and forth emails, they eventually emailed me that my order has been cancelled and my account will be refunded. That was February 10, 2020. I still haven’t gotten my refund. I tried emailing them but no responses. I already lodge a complaint against them on BBB. They are scammers!
