Made an order from here was a custom charm , when I designed it the second line was clear which means it had nothing on it . My charm then arrived with what I ordered on the first charm , I have tried to send it back to get it changed but can’t help me. So now the charm is not getting used as it was a birthday gift and I will not be getting my money back.Not that I want the money back I just want the charm with the right engraving on it.
