I was intending my kids to join the JH Academy but they have let us down by not providing information on pricing and course availability upfront. The JH Academy requested us to complete an expression of interest form before we would be provided with any information at all. I have now been shunned and blocked by their social media page for providing an honest but polite review of my experience. I have been told by other people that this behaviour towards me as a prospective parent is unfair, very unprofessional and childish. I honestly can't believe we have been treated so poorly.
