I cannot select 0 star unfortuantely. Jimmy Choo charges outrages prices but does not offer any after sales. Booties of over 800 euros are broken. While I am trying for weeks for JC to repair or refund, after 2 months I am still waiting! I am shocked with the service. They keep sending automated emails with no change or effort. This is beyond acceptable behaviour.
