I was buying this just to try it out since it is very hard for me to remember to eat when life becomes too much (no idea how I do it, but somehow I manage to always forget to eat. And no, I do not get hungry…) and this is a life saver. The wild berries is the GOAT shake. Close second, the peach one, but both are great!
