The Plenny Shake is an extremely well thought out product. What i like best about it is the plethora of nutrition it provides whilst eschewing stomach-curdling preservatives like citric acid. It also tastes very good and dissolves well in milk or water. My ONLY quibble is that they don't ship by DHL, UPS, or FEDEX. The shipping is the only weak link of the chain.
