I have adhd and I am on psychostimulant medication (Ritalin, methylphenidate). This suppresses my hunger and makes it difficult for me to eat enough. Plenny Shakes have been a lifesaver for me, since I started to lose too much weight. The cravings after my medication stops working are also less. So I’m very happy! I’ve tried yfood and Huel too, and this one has been my personal best.
