I bought the plenny shakes as they were a *consistent* (400 cals) source of calories, which is important for dieting and losing weight. So far i've lost about 5 pounds drinking 3 shakes a day (1200 cals in total).
The first thing i noticed was how filling they were, they fill me up better and longer than a whole ribeye steak, no joke. I also noticed that some intestinal issues I have are a little better than they were, I don't know if it's the fiber or just the fact i'm not eating solids except for dinner sometimes.
The taste is actually pretty good, my favorite flavor is Wild Berry so far, but I haven't tried postachio or chocolate yet (They were sold out). I've also found that it's *really* good with Unsweetened Soy Milk, though you need a blender to get it to mix properly.
Price wise, it's not that bad, each drink is a meal, and if you compare it to a pre-made frozen meal, not only is it a couple dollars cheaper, but also has a lot more balanced nutrients in it. A month's worth of plenny shakes sets me back about 95 dollars, compared to normal grocery shopping where even with generics I was spending about 300-400 a month.
Here's the part where I realized this review has gone on way to long lol
