It's a very convenient way to get a good dose of micronutrients, minerals and protein, and I think it tastes very good. As I do intermittent fasting and skip breakfast, it is more of an afternoon snack for me after work and before exercise. If I want it to be more of a meal replacement, I have 3 scoops instead of 2 (600 calories). The price is also very fair! I see it as a protein shake with extra nutrition and that gives me a bit more satiation compared to just protein.
