It's good.
Tastes more like a treat than a meal, but it does keep you satiated.
I've tried a couple flavours, and they were all nice. They are not overpowering, so adding things such as fresh fruit would make for a very good shake, if you are into that.
I usually have them with milk, rather than water. I prefer the creamier consistency. They're ever so slightly grainy, but less so than other brands as I have heard.
I tried making it with hot water (or rather, fresh coffee - Good, but I don't recommend dark roasts) and letting it cool down in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. The grainyness disappeared basically entirely, but the texture became very thick, almost yoghurt-like, so if you want to try this I suggest adding about 450-500ml of liquid for 2 scoops.
