so far, I only have tasted 2 flavors, the chocolate and vanilla and I like them both. they're convenient to prepare and carry if you don't have enough time to prepare for your meals. I already have ordered 3 more flavors to pick the best later and subscribe to a bi-monthly delivery. can't wait to taste the lemon pie, wild berries and that with Cinnamon. the aluminum shaker is also very convenient to use and cleaning is super easy. I am replacing usually my dinner with because I have trouble sleeping when eating solid foods.
