It's cheap and convenient and I think it tastes OK. I like that they have an "active" option so I don't need to eat too much of it.
The zip lock bags that it's delivered in are quite annoying because when you get them the zip lock will be full of powder that needs to be cleared before you can use them to close the bag once you've opened it. But that's a minor gripe.
