I use more often the shakes, I recently tried the lemon pie flavour and found it amazing for real in terms of taste. The Vanilla flavour remains an evergreen. I have to say Pistacchio is not a favourite of mine, too nutty in my opinion with a bitter aftertaste. The ready meal bars (I tried chocolate an coconut) are fulfilling and tasty, super easy meal for busy days in the office. Overall great experience! Side note: be ready if you are not used to eating a lot of fiber!
